25/01/2023In accordance with the instructions of the Energy Regulatory Commission, by means of official communication UE240/77213//2022, the members of the electricity industry are informed of the update of the ceiling price of the Short-Term Energy Market Local Marginal Prices, applicable as from February 2023, in order to avoid that the ceiling price exceeds the Value of the Energy Not Supplied established in the reliability policy by the Ministry of Energy.

Actualización 9 de mayo de 2022El Servicio de Administración Tributaria (SAT) informó ayer que la entrada en vigor del Comprobante Fiscal Digital por Internet (CFDI) 4.0 será el 1 de enero de 2023, en lugar del 1 de julio de 2022. Esto significa que seguiremos recibiendo los 3.3 de e-factura hasta entonces.
Mayo 20, 2022:Todos los extranjeros en México con visas de Residente Temporal y Residente Permanente, y cualquier persona mayor de 18 años con una CURP, enfrentan 3 nuevos requisitos para el 1 de julio de 2022 (1 de enero de 2023). Estos cambios a la ley mexicana de enero de 2022 requerirán que los residentes extranjeros:1. Obtengan números RFC (Registro Federal de Contribuyentes) del SAT-Hacienda para registrarse como contribuyente-residente en México, y luego 2. Obtengan una "Constancia de Situación" del SAT-Hacienda. 2. Obtener una Constancia de Situación Fiscal del SAT-Hacienda, como prueba de registro fiscal ante el SAT, y 3. Que la Constancia de Situación Fiscal sea expedida por el SAT-Hacienda. Ese documento de "Constancia de Situación Fiscal" será necesario en algún momento** para ser cliente de electricidad (CFE), agua, o internet en México.
